OUR NINJA WARRIOR PROGRAM

Los Angeles Ninja Academy teaches kids ages 6 through 13 years old the exciting sport of ninja warrior in semester-based progressive training.

One hour lessons are taught by certified ninja coaches in our new, clean, and safe facility. Ninjas will learn techniques for conquering ninja warrior obstacles, and will gain strength, agility, and confidence as they improve their skills. Ages 13+ join our adult/teen training!

The program teaches participants how to overcome ninja warrior obstacles

by analyzing, approaching, and eventually mastering obstacles. Ninjas will learn techniques for climbing, swinging, agility, balance and strength, and propelling from one point to another to eventually conquer an entire obstacle course. The fun and challenging obstacles at Los Angeles Ninja Academy mimic the movement and strategy of those on American Ninja Warrior. Discipline, focus, and behavioral development are emphasized to foster kids’ personal growth and self-improvement. Coordination and confidence increase with skill level, and obstacles always change for variety and continued challenges.

WINTER 2026-27: November 16 - February 7 (Thurs, Fri 9 weeks because of Thanksgiving)
WINTER/SPRING 2027: February 8 - April 18
SPRING 2027: April 19 - June 27 (Monday 9 weeks because of Memorial Day)

*Advanced Only Classes require skill assessment and are by invitation only, cannot be booked online, and are not for new students. Advanced Classes involve higher level of training and conditioning, and competition preparation for World Ninja League.

Advanced Students Must:

Be assessed by coaches
Meet skill and technique requirements (10’ Warped Wall, 5’ lache, proper trapeze technique, 6′ precision/broad jump)
Show potential, have dedication and desire to improve and train at a higher level.

One Hour Kids Drop In Class

Drop In Classes are $60 for one hour on weekends and school holidays. Click the calendar button below for available days and times. Schedule varies and includes weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.

One hour Drop-In Class offers an introduction to the sport of ninja warrior and idea of how our semester classes work. Kids are grouped according to ages (6-13), kid to coach ratio is 5 to 1 (or fewer), and maximum capacity for a drop in class is 15. It’s a great way to get to know us!

NOT OLD ENOUGH YET?

45 MINUTE MINI-NINJA CLASSES AGES 4-5

Mini Ninjas ages 4-5 are $50 for a 45 minute class. Minis are safely trained on their favorite ninja warrior obstacles with our fun coaching staff. Kids will learn the basics of standard ninja obstacles – angled steps, ring swing, balance and agility, mini trampoline jump and so much more!

Start your kid’s athletic journey with the fundamentals of the sport of ninja. Ninja develops strength, balance, core stability, and sensory awareness, and provides valuable tools for future athletic success.

Mini Ninjas classes are not part of the curriculum program, and are offered on a drop-in basis only.

Summer Sessions

Required Attire

Sneakers only, there are no exceptions – soft rubber bottom soles with minimal tread are preferable.
Sneakers must have laces; no slip ons. Velcro is acceptable, but unless they’re on tight, they WILL fall off.
Athletic pants of any kind or shorts, with T-shirt or tank top. No dresses, skirts.
Long hair must be tied back.
No jewelry.
No person is allowed on the gym floor without sneakers, no exceptions.

Recommended Ninja Footwear:

New Balance Fresh Foam Sole (not fat/thick soles – low soles are best), Zante (discontinued, but they’re the best if you can find), Tempo, Prevail, Arishi; Str/ke Mvmnt; Nike Precision 5; Merrell Vapor Glove. Laces are best.

My wife and I visited as drop-ins, and our coach was excellent at explaining the obstacles, giving feedback, and progressions for obstacles we weren’t able to complete. This was NOT an easy course but was fun and challenging. I never realized how scared I’d be of trying the warped wall! Some obstacles are permanent and some rotate out. We don’t live in this area, we were visiting, but we will look forward to returning here!!!
