Payment will be processed in full within 24 hours of registration for any offering: classes, privates, drop-ins, events, or parties. Payment must be collected before classes or events. Account credits expire after one year. Declined card payments will incur a fee for each declined transaction.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
For New Students: Refunds (less one class) are available up to 24 hours after the first class of the semester if you decide that our ninja program is not right for you (never happened). No refunds for adults class packages.
For Returning Students: No refunds once the semester begins.
For private sessions, drop in classes, adult classes, and summer sessions, a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation is required for a refund or rescheduling. Birthday party fees are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the event.
All refunds will incur a small refund fee for processing.
Seasonal and promotional discounts will be available from time to time. Check Instagram, Facebook, and our website for special promotions and offers.
Tuition is automatically pro-rated for late registration, no late registration after week 2 (or week 3 for experienced kids).
A $40 fee will be charged to your account for any returned checks.
See policy below. Make-up classes must be scheduled by logging into the Customer Portal and scheduling your own absence and make-up class. Email with any issues.
We will notify you via email about any class cancellations for inclement weather or other event. Information will also be posted on the website and socials. Either class will be rescheduled or an additional make-up class may be scheduled. Please provide a valid email address and DO NOT UNSUBSCRIBE if your child is enrolled.
Managing your absences and make-ups is quick and easy through the Customer Portal. need to call or email us! Here’s how it works:
Enter absences directly in the portal as soon as you know you’ll miss a class. Once the absence is recorded (either by you or by our coaches taking attendance at the start of class), you can schedule a make-up at your convenience.
1. Log in to your Customer Portal. If you need a password reset, let us know.
2. From your Dashboard, click VIEW (your student).
3. Select ABSENCES.
4. Choose:
* Schedule Absence (for future dates), or
* Schedule Make Up (if the absence is already recorded).
5. If marked “Eligible for Make Up: YES,” click Schedule Make-Up and choose a class that fits your schedule. If no options appear, classes may be full or your ninja is in a special class (Advanced). Email us and we’ll help.
Reminder:
The week before the final class is your last chance to complete a make-up, and it fills up fast. Please don’t wait, and do not book during the final week, as those will be canceled.
